PVLL News 10/3/2014

The Board meeting scheduled for this Sunday, October 5th has been cancelled.

The PVLL Board will be working with the District Administrator (DA) in the near future to update and revise the PVLL Constitution and By Laws.  The DA along with the East Region and Little League International will be advising the PVLL Board on how to move forward from here.  Once the Board and the DA have sorted through this, the next step will be to have a voting meeting to have the Membership elect a new Board.  We will announce when that voting meeting will be held and posting that information on our website.

In the meantime, we would like to set up Field Days to get some work done at the fields during the offseason.  Our Field Maintenance Officer, Jeremy Stover, will be coordinating setting up the Field Days.  We will be announcing when those Field Days will be and also posting that information on our website.  Some of the work needed to be done is to take down the advertising signs from the outfield fences in Centre Hall, take down the batting cage netting in Centre Hall and Spring Mills, spraying and/or weed removal, empty and store garbage cans.  These jobs can be done whenever you have the time, you don’t need to wait for the Field Days.  If you have any questions about the field work that needs to be done, please contact Jeremy Stover at jlstover5572@aol.com or 814-386-1412.

Thanks for your help.
